Nail Technician

As part of our team, you’ll work to provide high-quality manicures, pedicures, acrylics, nail art, and various nail treatments based on clients’ nail care needs and preferences. Create raving clients with exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Set up and organize workstation with designated supplies and resource materials.
Uphold the standards of sanitation and sterilization as directed by state law and the company’s policies and procedures
Greet all guests with a smile and a positive and friendly attitude.
Provide custom nail services and treatments to customers. Includes acrylics, nail art, manicures, pedicures, removal of polish, cleaning and shaping nails, push back cuticles and apply nail service per client preference.
Ensure guests are satisfied with services provided.
Recommend other services or products as needed.
Maintains a consistent relationship with client base in order to ensure return clients.
Manage bookings and serve walk-ins.
Proactively develop new customers.
Attends and participates in continuing education and training in order to follow new trends and techniques.

Work well under pressure
Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends

Perform thorough consultations in order to decide what services the client needs.
Design specific eyelash treatments based on our unique styles and the guest’s individual needs. (Lashes & Tinting both lashes and brows).
Know and promote retail products for guest’s at-home usage and aftercare
Provides services to clients such as shampooing, conditioning and smoothing treatments as desired.
Ensure guests are satisfied with services provided.
Emphasize product benefits and assist clients in the selection of retail products or services for all their care needs.
Maintains a consistent relationship with client base in order to ensure return clients.
Attends and participates in continuing education and training in order to follow new trends and techniques.
· Attend staff meetings as scheduled and participate in discussions of all required agenda items.
· Maintain a thorough knowledge of the salon’s core values and strive to achieve them at all times.
· Monitor bathrooms throughout the day to ensure cleanliness and sufficient supplies are available.
Requirements:
· Valid Florida Nail Technician License or Cosmetology License
· Proven experience as a Nail Care Specialist
· Detail-oriented and patient
· Effective communication skills
· Exceptional customer service skills
Open to flexible scheduling of work hours including weekends, evenings and holidays.
​Pay Type: Hourly or Commission base available.
